Hola my name is Sandra Gomez I moved from corona NY to Miami FL I used all included for my move I got my quote 2 weeks before my move they even sent me some boxes my quote was $1727.00 for 2 full bedroom they are maybe a bit more expensive than others but they give me a full service move with %0 additional I had 3 flight of stairs and a lot of packing to do and all that was included in the price at the day of the move they came did everything the only extra that they told me was for a TIP the I give each one $50.00 (I wish I had more)I would like to recommend their job I had no damages and everything got to me in less than a week.

If I ever move again or any one that I know needs a mover I will contact all included moving they will be my first choice.

I contacted ALL INCLUDED 2 months prior to my cross country move and was given an estimate of $1102 (I had one bedroom to move) and made a deposit of $200. My price was based on what they called a promotional price based on the fact I contacted them so early stating that milage/tolls/gas surcharge/etc would be waived and sent me an email stating this. Two hours prior to the move, TWO HOURS, they contacted me to change the price from $1102 to $3600!! And when I had first spoke to a representative when I made intial deposit I had been told that the remaining balance would not be due until move was complete and I was satisfied but when they altered the price by several thousand they wanted an additional $1500 before they would even come to get my things! When I told them it was impossible and asked for my deposit back (I had been told by rep. Jason Duke I could get deposit back at any time) they refused based on the fact their dispatcher David "didn't like my attitude". A complaint was made to the Better Business Bureau which they refused to respnd to now my 10yr old daughter is across country with none of her belongings (toys/clothes/furniture/etc) all because of their dispicable business tactics and lies!

Great service. I'd already moved in with my bf 4 wks prior and was simply flying back to NJ to manage the move, My flight was delayed so i barely had a chance to organize my belongings. The packers did EVERYTHING, they even repacked some boxes i'd left behind sitting on the windowsill which were falling apart no thanks to my cheap tape! Since i'd already taken a lot of my clothes and other miscellaneous items, my final bill was $202 less than the estimate:-) I was afraid of what'd happen to my sofa because i remember Jennifer Convertibles had a difficult time bringing it in but these people actually used the balcony and... Great Job! They were a day late delivering in Sacramento but they got there! I wish they would've unpacked as well but....:-)

They gave us an estimate the week before and then after they wrapped and loaded everything they demanded a significantly higher fee. They were over 2 hours late and broke and lost more than a few items. I will never use them again and do not reccomend this company at all.

A superb job they came load drive and unload everything was done in a perfect way

Money, time, service, quality, wrapping and more overall I give All Included Moving 5 stars
