This plumber was assigned to us to fix a leaking drain pipe in our basement by our home warranty company. He collected $100 and told us it wouldn’t be a problem with the warranty covering it. I received a call the next day from my warranty company to tell me he said our house was destroyed by renovations, and implied we had created the problem. Furious with them and my home warranty I canceled the check! He will not answer any time we call. This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. Do not use them! They will take your money and not fix anything!

This plumber was assigned by our home warranty company to repair a broken shower drain. They tried to repair the drain, but they discovered that the needed part was no longer made, so they would have to be scheduled to come back and replace the whole drain assembly. They collected $60 for the service call, but then the owner Steve Hunley subsequently ignored our repeated phone calls and voicemails, requesting to schedule them to fix the problem. We then complained to the home warranty company; representatives tried to reach Steve at 3 different phone numbers, and they left messages, but he also ignored their phone calls, so the warranty company assigned a new plumber to fix our broken drain.



I would not recommend this plumber to anyone due to the owner being unprofessional, unethical and dishonest. He essentially stole our $60 and violated his agreement with our home warranty company and us because this payment was also supposed to cover fixing the drain, a problem that was covered under our home warranty. I also noticed a similar very negative review of this company posted on Angie's List 3/4/15.

Worst Plumber in the Tri-Cities is ... All Seasons Plumbing and Renovations at (423) 677-9906 ... They were assigned to us from our home warranty for a leak in the basement. We had to shut the water off and its been over 24 hrs. They told me they would be here at noon. I have called all 3 of their numbers and won't pick up or return our calls. Terrible business. I will be requesting the the Home Warranty not use them again!!!
