Ryan was working from the Rancho Cordova site. I filed a complaint with the CSLB, BBB and my visa company. His license has now been revoked. He owes me $2450. To fix the job he did, will cost me over $3000. Anyone who needs a plumber please do not use this company, or any company that uses Ryan Murray. He also goes by Pete Pierson. I can only give Ryan Murray a negative rating. . By the way, the review listed under LERICHARD T. is another alias that Mr. Murray uses.

I just had another plumber and contractor evaluate Ryan's work. It will cost me $5500 for the new plumber to repair the plumbing job and another $3000 for the contractor to repair the work of remodeling the bathroom. So, doing the math, Ryan's owes me $4830, plus the above costs, this job will cost me $13,330.00. The work Ryan did was illegal, fraudulent, malevolent, and unethical. I will do all that is within my power to obtain justice in this case and hope that no one else falls prey this man. Please beware of this person, his license has been revoked. Beware! Ryan Murray is doing business under about 8 different alias's. His license is REVOKED!! Poor unsuspecting clients and potential employees are unaware that they have no recourse other than legal. Ryan hires men and women (office staff) and works them ungodly hours until they quit from lack of pay. Ryan takes the customers money and laughs about the public being "sheep and dumba%$#s that need their money removed." There are several lawsuits against him currently. Please contact the CA Board of Contractors and learn for yourself! Or call BBB and YouTube to hear how Ryan writes fake reviews of his "great work!" Also, this creep had his drivers license removed for a felony DUI, yet still drives with his poor daughter in the car!!! Call and report him each time you see him behind the wheel. He is a menace and a bad human being!

Ryan Murray is a FRAUD!! His license is REVOKED! He doesn't pay his employees, doesn't followthru with customers (because he doesn't pay employees) and has many lawsuits against him. He functions under 8 alias's for plumbing and the BBB and YouTube have disclaimers showing that he writes his own great "reviews." He pays people to make ads for him. What a FAKE and a FRAUD! He currrently has a FELONY dui, yet still drives! BEWARE of anything connected with Ryan Murray!

I had all star plumbing out for a water heater replacement for my orangevale home. After getting several quotes i found them to be the most affordable and professional for tankless wather heaters. After the install I had them snake my main line due to a sewer clog at my sacramento home. Of all the sacramento plumbers out there i will never use another other than them.
