Horribly Rude!!! I was shocked!

I was referred over to this business by an ATT store to replace a broken glass screen on my Blackberry. I walked in and asked for "Joe" who turned out to be the owner. When I asked what they charged for the screen, he proceeded to tell me that they were not a warehouse and if I wanted something like that then maybe I need to find someone who actually worked in a warehouse! You can imagine how shocked I was! He continued to be sarcastic and condescending to me and as I left, I asked his employees if he was always that rude to customers...THEY SAID YES! Do not use them! Any business owner, who treats their customers with disrespect, will not survive these difficult economic times!!!!!

Watch Out

Watch your equipment. I brought in two phones, and while working on one, the other cell "vanished". We looked around the store, but could not find it. In the end they said there was nothing that could be done, even though they believed I did not have it. The police were even called. They did a good job of repairing my blackberry, just watch them carefully!

Poor customer service and very rude

After purchasing a used phone from this place we discovered that the previous owners information was still in the phone and locked. We returned it within minutes of the purchase to have it cleared. We were informed that it had to be cleared by a specialist and would be ready by opening of business the next day. It was not ready the next day and when we inquired about a possible return we were very rudely dismissed. When I returned to talk to the owner, Joe, about canceling the purchase he asked me to step outside and wait (I didn't). He wouldn't speak to me and tried helping other customers who walked in while I stood there waiting to talk to him. I merely wanted to speak with him about the situation and our options, and Joe would not even let me finish a sentence. He claimed me threating and 'animated.' AND come to find out, they do not wipe the phones clean before they sell them. If you sell them a phone the new owner of the phone would have ALL of your numbers and any information you saved to the phone. Do your business elsewhere and don't reward rude and irrational business owners. While he did eventually refund the money, he called me an "unusual" customer, a security threat, and would never let me finish a sentence. How this man owns a business is beyond me.
