This place is awful. First of all, the guy who towed my car drug it across the asphalt for 20 ft (it was missing a front tire). Then I had to wait an hour for anyone to show up to get my belongings out of the vehicle once it was determined to be totaled. They told me they would be there in 20 minutes. AND someone stole money and medications from my car. It was in a locked yard with barb wire around the top of the fence which means it was probably an employee! Don�t use!

Disgusting place. Not only was the driver beyond rude he stole items out of my truck before I made it too the lot. The driver would not return after dropping off my truck to talk about the missing items. He hung up on me on the phone as well. He used dogs chained to fences as a security system. These dogs were dirty, underweight and neglected. A bunch of crack heads taking advantage of people who need assistance

I was in Cincinnati Ohio in August 2015, staying at a hotel, the bell hop had take my luggage inside the hotel, when he returned my car was tow, by this company, when I picked up my car 2014 BMI it had been damaged by the tow truck driver he towed my car with chains instead of a flatbed, which left deep stretches on my front left bumper, I contacted the Owner of the Company Mr. Clark and told him what had happen to my car, he promised to pay for the damages caused to my car by his driver, and as well I sent him pictures/ estimates of the damage. Not only that he fraudgently tried to alter the paperwork, to make it appear as though my car had damages on it when they picked up my car, now he is not returning or answering my call, I am going to have to sue as well, please ref. me a good lawyer in Cincinnati Ohio or who handle this type of case.
