When I started my business 20 years ago, I wanted to provide my friends and family with an improvement on what was currently available to them. I wanted to reinvent the wheel on Quality and Service. I quickly realized, through rapidly growing demand, that what everyone wanted was a Five Step Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Process. Step 1-Dry Vacuuming: Remove sand, grit, hair and other loose particles. Step 2-Pre-Conditioning: Dissolves grease, spills and stubborn spots. Step 3-Deep Cleaning: Fibers scrubbed (shampooed) to dislodge, embedded soil. Step 4-Steam Extraction: To rinse detergents and soil and also deodorizes. Step 5-Final Procedure: Carpets fluffed, furniture replaced with pads. I really enjoy cleaning homes and businesses. My belief is, there is only one way to do a job, and that's to do it better than anyone else! Quality assurance is my commitment and it's done with a smile - no questions asked.
