We used this company for a year, for quarterly service. Our last visit was 12/27/07. When we were scheduled for our next quarterly visit which would have been end of March, we were called to schedule our appointment. We had arranged for our house to be powerwashed on 4/11, and wanted to wait until after powerwashing our house to have the exterminator place things like the wasp dust, etc. I waited for a month and never received another call to schedule. I finally called them and they said "maybe he never received that message and was waiting for you to call", so I gave them the benefit of doubt and scheduled my visit for May 9. Due to weather, THEY had to cancel, and rescheduled me for the 11th. I was met at the door and told because my visit was scheduled longer than 3 months out I would have to pay another $150 initial visit fee. The exterminator (whom I also think is the owner) said "The previous owner knew this".. well that is nice, I am not the previous owner of this house. I refused to pay another initial visit fee, so he abruptly turned and left. I was incredulous. With this kind of customer service, I can imagine it must be hard for him to grow his business. Of the 4 times he was to my house, 3 of them I paid on the spot, saving him any additional billing costs. It is not my problem if he is not getting his messages or if they are not accurate, nor do I like having things sprung on me at the last minute (i.e. the $150 extra charge). This person was difficult to schedule with if your timeline did not fit his. There are many other competitors sending things via mail that will now get the opportunity to service my house. I would not recommend this company to anybody.
