Allstate roofing pulls the "old bait and switch". Nick comes out and gives a bid detailing the scope of work, then Tony shows up and starts making changes, then demands full payment for work not performed. Tony damaged leftover materials that I had purchased and threatened to tear off the sheet metal they installed. Of the six items spelled out in the contract, three items were not done. Of the three items that were done, I thought the work was acceptable and worked out a revised dollar amount. However my roof still leaks in three places. I have been trying to contact them since 12/21 (today is 1/5) and they will not honor the 5 year warranty clearly spelled out on the contract.
