Scott was very friendly and professional. He showed up and fixed our repair within 2 hours of calling him! He also washed all our car windows- inside and out! Very great!

Allure Auto Glass Repair was the first company my car insurance mentioned and came highly recommended based on other policy holder's ratings. Scott came out on a weekend afternoon, was professional and polite. I had used other glass service companies and they adequate and quick (10-15 minutes). When I peaked out our window to check on Scott's progress, I noticed he not only cleaned the window that needed repair, he cleaned ALL my windows including the interior sides - and it was January where my car looks gray instead of black! The finished product was excellent and the chip and cracks are hardly noticeable. I would recommend using Scott and Allure Auto Glass to anyone who expects great service and quality work.

In this day and age, the art of true customer service has been lost. No so with this company. Scott called to inform me that he was running a bit late due to traffic, which is quite a switch when I've dealt with mobile companies in the past. They just showed up when they showed up.

Another plus is the washing of all windows along with vacumming out the car - an unexpected bonus.

Regarding the professionalism, all I can say is second to none. Scott was extremely courteous, attentive, and ensured that I was happy with the end result. Kudos to Scott and his company for their Quality Service!

I did not request this provider specifically (it was the first one mentioned by my insuarnce company) but I will next time. The appointment was easy to schedule and they came right to my home. As for the work, the large chip is barely noticeable now. Besides being polite, friendly and informative, the gentleman performing the repair cleaned the interior windows and vacuumed the floor...bonus!! I will definately hold onto the business card provided and request Allure again should I need future glass repairs.

I have used Scott a couple of times and his professionalism and willingness to meet me at my home or job are what keeps me coming back. The chip repairs he has made on my BMW and Lexus are so good that other people don't even notice. He gets the job done in about 30 minutes & also files all of the insurance work - that makes it very easy for me to recommend him and why I will keep coming back.
