I contacted this company and made an "appointment" for the next day. I was told an arrival time of between 3:00pm-6:00pm. I received a call at 5:30pm by the tech who said that he "thought" I was in Dallas???? I had given my address and zip code on the initial call. So since he thought I was in Dallas he now told me that he would be arriving between 6:00-7:00pm because he had to drive from Dallas. At 7:45pm when no one arrived I called and was told by another tech that he wasn't aware of my service call! Then after refreshing his memory he remembered and said that he would take my information down (Again!) and he would call the tech and call me right back. I never received a call and no one showed up! I have NEVER had this poor of service BEFORE the technician even arrives! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, SLOPPY BUSINESS PRACTICE! I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

Told fee would only be $49 for service charge. Nothing was replaced on refridgerator, and was charged $70. Apparently people paying by checks are charged more, when check policy wasn't even stated over phone. I don't trust this company, nor anyone they recommend.
