Very poor, they do not follow paint and primer directions at all. Owner Eric thinks he is smarter than the paint manufacturer. Very cocky and rude. Owner talks over old folks, disregards what they request, hurrys up and applies paint over expensive primer that has only dried 30 minutes when the can said it needed 24 hours. Owner went ahead and put top coat on after being told this by both homeowners and made a coment that if he thought he would have to come back, he would not have taken the job. He spent 3 1/2 hours and charged an 85 year old couple $450.00 to screw up the job and not follow Sherwin Williams instructions. They are very upset. AVOID THESE PEOPLE.
