The staff is friendly and very helpful. They even answered all my questions over phone. The technician got to my house as scheduled. He worked fast and he was very friendly and knowledgeable of what he was doing. Prices are fair and it includes labor and one year warranty including parts and labor . what a deal! not many companies are offerering this packge at the most they give you 3 moths warranty not including parts and labor. Well, try it and you'll see that their service is GREAT!

Not sure how I located this company, but I have used their services twice now. The first call was for service on a dryer several years ago and I recall that the serviceman was very nice and his work was thorough. He repaired the dryer for a nominal cost and included his rather low service call fee into the price for the repair. The repair also came with a one year warranty which I never used. The dryer is still working fine.

My washer broke down this week, so I had Tony come out to repair it for me. First of all, I was able to get an appointment the very next day even though my call was placed after 5:00 PM. He then worked with me to establish a time that worked well for me and my work schedule.

He arrived and not only recalled coming out to my home before, but the appliance that he repaired. That was a good feeling for me since it made me feel like a real customer and not just a number. At any rate, the problem was diagnosed quickly with one small catch; he did not have the replacement part with him. He apologized but said that he would return at my earliest convenience which would be 2 days later; so this was fine for me.

He left and about 30 minutes later called to say that he had located the part and if I wanted him to return to finish the repair. I was elated, and of course let him come back to finish. It is now around 8:00 PM and he was back at my house within 20 minutes. About 15 minutes later, he was done. That is my idea of service! He went the extra mile to find the part and extend his work day well into the evening for me. My washer is humming again and I am so happy that there is at least one company out there who still believes in providing the best customer service that they can.
