ACS doesn't even deserve one star.



I have had a horrible experience with ACS and as a result, Home Depot as well since ACS is Home Depot's floor installation service. I will never do business with this company or Home Depot again. The people who answer the phones at ACS are extraordinarily rude. I was put on the phone with "David" who actually hung up on me today because I was upset that he was telling me they might not be able to complete the job AGAIN due to a company liability after being rescheduled FOUR times already.



Jobs are scheduled so close together and with such poor communication between Home Depot and the measuring service that they can not be completed or are outright cancelled and have to be rescheduled time and time and time again. I have had to cancel work on 4 occasions to accommodate them and it's now looking like there may be yet another.



I would like to clearly state that it has not been the installers who have been rude, but the people answering the phones and sitting at the desks telling these poor guys what they can and can't do when they are the ones who have driven all the way up here to do the job.



I have no idea why this company is installing floors for Home Depot in Maine. It seems outrageous to ask installers to drive 4 hours from Massachusetts to install floors in Maine when there are countless people in the area that could do the same.



When you wait on hold with ACS, which I have done more than I have liked to, they ask for a 10 star rating because to them, a 9 is a failing grade....I give ACS a 0. I am so frustrated and angry with this company. It makes me ill that ACS is benefitting financially from my choice to go with Home Depot. This company doesn't deserve my business or anyone else's business.
