I've had this particular Chem-Dry company clean my carpets for more than 5 years. I was introduced to them because Homedepot contracted them to clean carpet that they installed. I got the 2 year cleaning contract and kept them after that because they do a great job and no soap. I have dogs, and believe me the Chem-Dry Professional Strength Spot Remover that they give you after they clean your carpet, is THE best stain remover I've ever used (no soap).
