I am writing this review for two reason. First I read a negative review concerning this company and I find it VERY hard to believe due to my dealing with this company over the past two years. I feel that this negative review is a competitor trying to muddy the waters of AHB! Any time I have had a concern over my pool care I have been responded to immediately and in a very positive and proactive manner. American Home Butler is superior to any other pool company I have been involved with. As for the owner Todd, on my most recent complaint (sent by email on a Sunday), Todd himself was at my pool to check it out personally the following morning, brought a replacement part, and took action to see that things were taken care of. Superior service, so DO NOT believe negative reviews. I say that this company is an outstanding service in our community. Pricing is very reasonable as well. JIM

These people are terrible they lie over priced and take advantage of you. The managers are very rude, this is a huge company that is only concerned with profit and not having skilled caring installers. If there was a way to do negative stars they would get it!!!! BEWARE

A sucker is born every minute! I hired them to find a leak in my pool. After paying $1200, for which I had to give my credit card in advance, I was given a repair estimate for almost $5000. When I called, many times, to ask the owner about the work, he refused to call me back and told my pool cleaner that I was harassing his office. I am forced to assume that he is incompetent.

WARNING! Company is dishonest! Would not recommend. I used them to detect a leak in my pool, and they told me they found the leak and showed me where it was. I had the option to hire them or someone else to fix the leak. I decided to hire them just in case their detection was in error. On the day of the repair the workers showed up and told me they were going to fix the leak in a different location. The guy who did the detection then showed up and said he had to re-test due to the noise in the area on the day he did the test. And sure enough, he now said the leak was in the area that the workers were there to fix. So if I had hired a different company to fix it or fix it myself, it would have been a nightmare. How would the workers have known beforehand where the ACTUAL leak was? VERY DISHONEST COMPANY!!!!!!
