We have been working with American Video Surveillance for the past 5 years. They are always there for us no matter what the need. they are a great company to work with.

We used AVS at our old location and loved the service. We just moved to a new location and again they got us up and running in no time at all. We will recommend them to all our local clients as well.

I had a different security company show up at my door and I felt like they forced me into signing a very expensive contract. After a day or so, I started calling around to find out what other companies offered. I was able to cancel with the bully company and go with AVS. They had a much nicer looking alarm and I didn't feel backed into a corner like the other guys had me. So far, i highly recommend them.

John and the personnel at AVS provided a very professional and high quality service and installation. Customer service has been prompt to answer and return calls. I compared their services to other companies in town and was able to see that i would be getting a much better product and service from AVS for my $$. Thanks guys!

I called John and he came out that very day and he beat everyone's price! Their installation was professional, quick and noninvasive. Their response center is very efficient - even on Saturdays. The other day I unlocked my office door, shut it behind me then went in and before I could disarm the alarm a customer came in and I didn't know that if the door opens before the alarm is turned off it sends an alarm to the center. They called me to tell me there maybe an intruder. I felt so protected! No hesitation recommending AMERICAN VIDEO AND SECURITY.
