I spent a year traveling twice a week from MFR and Bobbie is terrific. Highly recommended!

Bad experience. We had agroup of 40+ year olds and we were treated very poorly. Not only did our driver curse randomly at pedestrians and other drivers, he said he should sell his business because he's had enough. Great way to start a wine trip! He also followed our group into every winery and I dont recall inviting him, I think he didnt want us to have too much to drink. He did say if any of us got out of control he would drop us off... Immediately. Really?

This was by far the worst experience in all costumer service I've ever encountered. Bobby was our limo driver. From the moment he picked up the first group in our party he was demeaning, disrespectful , and unprofessional. I need to preface this that we were a group 14 people that are between the ages of 40-60 with most in the group being Doctors. We were told that we were not allowed to bring wine into his Limo. He also said as he greeted us that if anyone of us got out of hand or broke any of his glasses he would physically remove us and leave us on the side of the road. He was not joking. He said I'm sick of this and am selling and quitting tomorrow. He continued to be rude and use very profane language at bystanders that we came across. Their was only one way to describe it "bipolar". Very scary, I can't believe we didn't get rid of him from the start. He did have the nerve to call to say he wasn't tipped enough.

American West Limo was the best call I could have made, Great Cars !!! Great Service We will be using his service in the future.

I use America West whenever I come to Southern Oregon, which is frequently. I use AW because they are the best. Even better, they are the most affordable given the service provided.

I hired American West Limousine service as a surprise for my parents 30th wedding anniversary. The staff was very helpful and friendly and didn't mind the last minute change in plan when my mom's schedule changed. The driver was on time and very professional. The car was beautiful. My parents said they had a great time!
