Provided by YP.comthey are very unreliable and disorganized. Every time you call, it takes the person who answers the phone to figure out who you are, and can never answer any question. Their respnse is always "i Don't know". Never offers to find out the answer. She sounds like she is lost and doesn't know what she is doing. After several attempts i still didn't get my washer repaired. Had to call another company
