After contacting AMR for a new roof I quickly learned that I was dealing with a professional company. They were honest with everything and gave me a great price. He even dug up some rebates that saved me even more money. With the weather it was a wait but when they came, they came to work. The crew was exceptional and very hard workers. I highly recommend AMR Home Improvements to do work on your home. After contacting several "contractors" it was very clear who we would hire. Craig Fox was extremely knowledgeable about all the local codes and procedures. What was more impressive was his knowledge of the products he was using. After 4 months of working with Craig and his crew we are done. We didnt have many obstacles in our way so the job went smoothly. I also want to add how courteous AMR is with the customer. The owner of AMR Craig Fox asked me to write a review. So just to start with, I called AMR to receive an estimate on some custom tile work and some other things we needed done. They answered the phone when I called. That was a plus. The lady on the phone was very personable and friendly. She scheduled an estimate and that was that. We were surprised that the owner himself came and dealt with us. Let me tell you something this guy knows what he is talking about. We had immediate trust in him and awarded him the job. 3 months later Im writing you to let you know that AMR is the ONLY company we will deal with from here on out. All the way to the end of the project Craig Fox was there for us. We cant say enough. Thank you Craig and the guys.

I hired AMR for a home improvement project including flooring,plumbing,new kitchen,new bath,paint and windows and doors. I bought the house as a foreclosure and didnt want to dump alot of money into it. When they started I knew they were the real deal. They never stopped working all day. I saw them take a break maybe 3 time in 2 weeks they were here. I got to know Craig Fox and his crew on a personal level and was quick to find out how proud they were of the work they perform. They project was a success and the communication was outstanding. They truley work for you and make sure you are happy the whole time. I just cant say enough. Where did you all come from? It has been a long time since I have seen work done at this pace. AMR showed up at around 8:05 on Wed and immediatley went to work on my roof. The next thing I know a truck was outside putting the shingles on my roof. This was around 11:30am. They didnt even take a break for lunch the just kept working. I had talked to another guy that does roofing and he said it would be done in 3 days. We guess what? Craig and crew finished my job in 1 day around 5:30pm. My husband really got along with Craig and the guys. I will say this much about AMR Home Improvements.....DONT GET ANYONE BUT CRAIG FOX TO DO THE WORK TO YOUR HOUSE. He even came back on Friday and helped us move a table into the house. Beutiful roof. Thank you very much.

Bill said we were supposed to write you on our experiences with you company, so here it is. First, I would like to say that in our meeting with you for the estimate I was impressed on your knowledge of all your products. You are very thorough when it comes to answering questions. You made us feel very comfortable in our decision and that our money was being well spent. Second, On the day that you arrived we were very impressed on how you and your guys worked. All I can say is WOW. They brought back the meaning of the word WORK. Non stop for 8 hrs with a short break for lunch. And the cleanup was great. Thank you. And then there was the end. You didnt have any surprises or extra charges that we had to pay. It was done and that was it. I give your company a A+++++++++. I just received my paperwork from AMR yesterday. This was the final stages in a job well done. When we contacted Craig Fox of AMR we had made many phone calls to different companies. Craig Fox(AMR) was the only company to pick up the phone and Im glad they did. I will never forget how he just kept saying that he worked for me and would do the job according to my plans. We never argued or bickered about details. If I was wrong on something he would tell me that it was not in the scope of State codes. I spent about a month and a half with the crew and Craig and was easily reminded of a hard days work. I am very hard to please and was probably a pain in the rut but I couldnt have ask for a better experience. As a retired police officer I expect the best and I got it. So let me just say "dont bother calling anyone else, AMR delivers from the start to the finish" Thank you Craig and "the guys" my addition is great. Call me if you need anything.

I want to tell you about this company called AMR Home Improvements. I worked in the Army with many different teams for over 22 years. The one experience I now miss, being retired, is the professionalism. Craig Fox presented himself to me as an honest man wanting to provide a needed service without taking advantage of my situation. He heard my concerns, addressed every one of them, was quick to let me know any scheduling changes, due to weather, and arrived at our home on the agreed morning. The whole crew was efficient, clean, and respectful of my questions and concerns. By 5 pm, that same day, I had a new roof. No, I had a new great looking and sound roof. My wife is so completely happy with the new roof and with the whole AMR team. Great company to deal with. I left my house at 730 am and returned around 5pm. They tore off my roof and installed it that fast. I talked to Kenny (Foreman) and he said that they had about 15 minutes left to do a final walk around. Each guy walked around my house to make sure there was no trash. We saved up money to get the roof and Craig Fox saved us $1000.00. After talking to the neighbors about their experience (bad ones) with other contractors I thought I would write about AMR Home Improvements. They will be here in the spring to do my siding. Perfect Company.

We hired your company to build us a deck in August. We were a little dissapointed that it took the planning commission so long to approve. As for you, we couldnt have ask for a better person and company to deal with. You have brought back the old "customer is always right " statement.
