I like to start by saying we are with the BBB and have a A rating. We do everything we can to make everyone happy. This was a job where I told the person he needs new floors and that he had water damage.He was on a tight budget and only wanted to spend a little to get the floors to look ok to move in. The customer paid us in full after doing a walk through upon job completion. If the customer was not satifisfied at that point he should have mentioned it at that time so that we could try to come to a resolution. After we were done, we asked him to write the check out to the owner after the first check came back for no funds available from his account. If you look at my ratings he is the only one that was not happy,and that was because he didn't do what I recommended. I do not feel that in this situation our company was wrong. As the job was completed the customer was satifsfied and signed off that he was satified. It was not until the customers check bounced that he started to complain about the work and wanted $300 off the original price. Customer stated that if he did not receive the $300 back that he would try to give my business a bad name. Which as you can see he is making every attempt to follow through. This job was done over 2 years ago. The BBB does not favor one side or another and after they reviewed his claims and looked at his invoice on what I had recommended the BBB agreed that our company did nothing wrong in the matter. We are a family owned and operated business and take pride our work and set forth to make our customers happy with our work.

This is the same customer that gave us the other two 1 star rating. Please look at response to other complaint regarding this issue. Thank you.
