These people are absolutely awful. These people are completely uneducated lowlifes who are rather like those thugs you find in those back alleys, and only want money, money, and money. They will tow anyone, regardless of whether you parked legally or not.

The law states that the property owner MUST personally contact the towing company to have your car towed. And before the towing company tows your car, they have to verify that what they're doing is legal. But oh no, this wonderfully little company called Anchor Towing will tow cars left and right. Slow day? Too little income? No problem, Anchor Towing will randomly select some innocent victims and demand --very rudely, with a sarcastic, mocking tone--$200 in cash.

Also, they require you pay in cash, even though the county laws clearly state that other methods of payments should be accepted. I guess that way, they can avoid taxes. Maybe the IRS should pay them a little visit, huh?

I see that the business owner posted a 5 star review for himself. Well, this business deserves 1 star, or rather, 0 stars, which is the truth, and apparently, the truth hurts because the business owner obviously cares enough to attempt to artificially inflate the score. What a shady business with shady tactics.

If they tow your car illegally, fight for that. Go to court. Fight for your rights. This is United States, a nation which gives you freedom of speech. This people are very rude

These $holes are a bunch of jerks who tow your vehicles at night. This is purely predatory towing, and they do not give a dam s about your car. They will hang up on you a dozen times to make sure you can't get your car back and get a few more $$ out of it. Only demanding cash is not acceptable by law.

I was in the wrong one night, parked without a permit driver was so nice he let me go without having to pay dreaded drop fee, he didn't have to do that, than I used them when I broke down great again!

Night driver came and saved me from the side of road, he got there within 30 minutes didn't over charge and was really experienced with tow truck, he was very nice also!! Will use again
