After having a few waterproofers look at my basement and give me quotes, I started doing research.



The other waterproofers came in at a much higher price than anchor and were much higher pressure sales. The other waterproofers told me how I needed permits, blatantly untrue things about mold, the "science" about how water works, all partially untrue things to try to scare me and my roommates into giving them more money.



Anchor on the other hand was honest, clear, direct and transparent. They told me what I really needed to do. They gave me an excellent quote and started work in under a week! They were awesome when they came out and very flexible! They got the whole job done in two days and with little more than a panel of drywall and some vacuuming, my basement is wonderful and dry!
