Hidle House offers a range of crisis shelter opportunities for youths between the ages of 10 and 17. The facility serves youths who suffer from abuse, neglect, abandonment and family problem. It is a part of Anchorage Children s Home, which is a nonprofit organization and operates Hannah s House, which serves pregnant youths between the ages of 16 and 21. Anchorage Children s Home also offers foster care, case management and family intervention services. The organization operates the Street Outreach And Recovery program for youths at the risk of sexual exploitation and abuse. In addition, it accepts donations, as well as offers family counseling services.
