Andy's Wrecker Service

Provided by YP.comNEVER use this service. I hate to leave a bad review, but the owner of Andy's, not only did not respond to a AAA call to a special needs child locked out in 97 degree, he lied when we called to ask why. We waited for 3 hrs on his wrecker service & they never showed. AAA tried several times to get the driver on the phone in those 3 hrs to find out his location, he never answered. Long story short, this is The worst of the worst. They were told this was a rush due to it being a special needs child with seizures & could not tolerate heat. LIES LIES LIES

Provided by YP.comI have AAA and Andy's was called at 12:25 pm to come and unlock our car to get the keys out. AAA was informed we had a child who was in a wheel chair and could not be in the heat long. At 2:40 the wrecker service still had not showed. When called later I was told they didn't receive the call until 1:30 and the GPS would not find the location. The driver was not aware it was a camp. AAA was informed it was a camp. The wrecker company didn't tell the truth about the call and left us out in the heat. They were only 1 hour away from our location.
