Photography is an art and an opportunity to capture the character and unique beauty of each subject. A good photograph is not only a record of an event or a face it should tell a story and provide an insight into the personality of each individual. It should capture that special moment or fleeting expression, it should talk to you! I was born in South Africa, grew up and was educated in London and currently reside in Reston, Virginia, USA. My passion for photography started over sixteen years ago during frequent visits to Cape Town, South Africa, where I fell in love with this beautiful city. My travels and experiences in South Africa inspired me to pursue my dream of becoming a professional photographer and establish my own studio. I provide a complete service in all areas of photography, and I believe that my natural friendliness enables me to achieve optimum results with my clients. Don' t be surprised when visiting my studio to get a special visit from the famous film boy "Jordan", my treasured tuxedo cat who likes to get in on the "action". Thomas, his brother, is a little shy but often stops by to be part of the action too. Princess, our very own "Marilyn Munro" and our newest addition, loves to be pampered. Portraits can be taken in-studio or on location. I feel it's important to spend time with my clients to produce natural photographs.
