I did not have any in home repairs but called to inquire about repairs to my 5 year old microwave. From the information I provided the tech advised it would not be a cost effective repair. I respect a company that is honest with me and not just out to get a service call even if they know coming in they are not going to repair it. We will call them in the future if we have any other appliance issues.

Update to previous post. This company did fail to return a call. They did fail to make the service call in the time promised. They were an hour late, but. The technician that was sent was thorough, courteous and knowledgable, and also apologetic. He tried to call to let me know he would not make the service call on time, but dialed the wrong number. Honest mistake. In an area where I find it incredibly tough to find a reliable service company of any sort, I think we may have one here. My standards are high after being burned by other companies in the past. Time is money. Only suggestion to improve from my viewpoint is follow up communication. Happy to recommend you to anyone.

Wish I had the same experience as everyone else! They were called for warranty repair. After a telephone call for me to describe the fault code, I was told that I would be called back. A never happened. I was also told a repair person would be by between 1 and 5. No one showed up. I have left messages and no return call. Terrible way to do business. 4 hours of my time is just as valuable to me as it is to you. Are you going to pay me for waiting. On a service call that didn't happen?

I called for service on my washer. The work was great, the technician knowledgeable and friendly. I prefer to use family owned businesses and was highly impressed with the courteous phone service and great repair.. Our family will call Anthony's Appliance Repair for all our appliance needs and I recommend them for yours.

We are repeat customers with Anthony's Appliances and remain extremely pleased with the excellent service, promptness, efficiency, professionalism, neatness, and reasonable rates this Company provides. We were originally referred to Anthony's by Fisher-Paykel since that is the brand of washer we own; but they repair & service--& sell, we understand--many other brands. We called yesterday, and Anthony was here this morning. He quickly determined that a new pump was needed--not unusual we were told due to having an older model--had a replacement on his truck and, in short order, replaced and tested the part. While here, he also once more provided very helpful information/tips, including re: the operation of our washer (with which we're very pleased, by the way, due to its energy efficiency). We highly recommend Anthony's for the repair/servicing of all appliances & don't plan on calling anyone else for future needs.

anthony is an outstanding repairman , with same day service and a more than fair repair bill. he also discovered a potential safety hazzard . I would refer him to anyone and have.I will keep his # in my book for my appliance repair needs for as long as I own a home. thanks ron b.

My washer machine wouldn't drain so I called this company. They worked around my schedule and came out the same week. The first day they came to see what was wrong with my appliance and then went to buy the part and returned the next day, around my schedule, to fix it. flexible and personal. fast. affordable.

Everyone I was in contact with was very nice and helpful - from calling to get an estimate, to making an appointment, to getting my washer fixed. Anthony called to let me know when he was on his way to my house, and when he arrived, he was very nice and efficient. He had my washer fixed in 30 minutes - had the necessary replacement part on hand. If I have anything else go wrong with any of my appliances, Anthony's Appliances is who I will call.

i called anthony's because the wonderful reviews,,,well put mine at the top of the list.although my washing machine needed to be replaced anthony stayed and helped me decide what type of washing machine to get/called a few stores for me/and would have helped install/remove old washing machine if i could wait a few days,,he is the best use hin every time.

These guys are totally awesome! I called them late on a Friday desperate to get my dryer fixed for a decent price and they were here within a couple of hours. They repaired my dryer really quickly and even had the part they needed on hand to finish the job. The technician was really nice, clean cut, and gave me a decent price for the service. I highly recommend these guys for any appliance repair that you may need.

Able to come out the same day called. Was able to replace broken part on washer the same day because he had the actual part available on hand. Very professional and reliable. Will use this company for all my repair needs and will be happy to refer them to family and friends.

Excellent experience - was on time and thorough. Explained everything he was doing and charged a reasonable fee. This is my regular company from now on!
