Don't trust them. They have a license to rob. They use delay tactics to drive up the removal fee. They are arrogant and empathetic.

They waited 3 business days before contacting my daughter that her stolen scooter was recovered by them. That cost $45 plus they delay they caused. Bottom line $278.50

I had to call 3 times and finally got someone 2 hours later. Owner Louis accused me of trying to defraud AAA when I asked if they could use my membership - Louis was rude to me the office staff keep my drivers license and Louis simply said this stuff happens I'll mail it to you!

Who operates like this? What ever happened to Customer Service? I do not recommend this company.
