The inspectors reports from buyers reviews may be good but not from sellers. Yes you work for the buyers but when you don’t represent truths it affects the seller. If you aren’t telling the truth over small things then how can we trust your opinion on the big ones. Reviewing the report there are several inaccuracies. Also states active leak behind laundry wall- seek a plumber. Ok we just had new fittings BRAND new ones installed a week before and inspected by a plumber already. No active leaks. There was one there BEFORE we changed fittings. BUT it had already been fixed by a plumber.
Knit picky- noisy ceiling fan.
Strong smell at gas meter have it inspected. Laclede was just there and passéd the inspection and there was no smell at the gas meter.
Luckily we had already had a roofing contractor look at the roof prior it pretty much matched with report we received from this company. But only because it’s one we shared beforehand.
Fireplace was patched. Yep- know why? The Fire inspector of Jefferson County told us what to use and had already inspected it after we patched it.
Then there was stuff that was more opinion than code! AC guys installed brand new system last summer some wires wasn’t in a box. Even though it’s not code to have it in a box. I think it should be code of that County you are inspecting in not opinion.
Gas says need a drip loop? Why? The inspector didn’t say we needed one from Laclede....
May be thorough but need to be more accurate as I have your inspectors own pictures to prove it’s not accurate.
Foundation issues funny 3 other inspectors have said house isn’t settling and our own contractor.
Thanks for the loss of sale we actually lost ours.

Terrible inspectors. They made a mistake on our inspection, claiming that our new roof was installed incorrectly, but we came to find out they never even went up on the roof! They were eyeballing it. When we asked them to reinspect, their response was to get all defensive and then call the buyers of our house and tell them they shouldn't go through with the sale. Just - Wow. We hired an independent roofer with decades of experience and an A+ BBB rating to actually come out and look at the roof and he certified it was fine. The sale went through, but not before this company tried to torpedo it. What a disgrace. If they had just gone out on the roof and actually looked at it, or admitted it when they were wrong, so much hassle could have been avoided.

We recently hired Apple to inspect for our first-time home buying experience. We were so happy with their work and service! Kind, intelligent, comprehensive, and knowledgeable only begins to describe their level of service. Not only did we get a long walk-through with our inspector, but also we received a full report and video just a few days after the inspection.

We left the inspection feeing good about our new home, and confident that the repairs could be taken care of by the sellers. We also had an electrician, sewer company, and radon testing company come to the property for further testing, and all confirmed what Apple reported to us.

Pricing was very reasonable and fair.

We truly felt that we were in very good hands with Apple, and we love our new house! Thanks to them, we are confident that any issues were rectified. We highly recommend Apple!

I had Apple Inspections out to do a home inspection for a home we were buying and we were very pleased with the thorough job Dustin did. He was friendly and helpful and explained many things as we went. He was professional and knowledgeable and we were very pleased by the layout and detail of the report which came the very next morning. We would recommend them to anyone!

Dave Hoffman was our home inspector, and was very polite, thorough and knowledgeable. I had the home inspection done, and Dave was able to explain the process to me in a way that I could understand. Some major issues will have to be resolved with the house, but thanks to Dave, I feel confident in making informed decisions and moving forward. Thanks Dave!

They were so detailed and through with the inspection, pointed out problems that I had not even noticed. I was able to get the seller to make repairs, which would have cost me way more than the inspection fee. Worth every dollar spent.

I feel it was the home inspector's responsibility to determine which air conditioning unit was to be mine in the condo complex. They did not bother to secure that information. They assumed a newer unit was mine. Turns out I am having the unit replaced tomorrow. It is the original - broken down & rusty, 30 years old. They did not bother to test the unit either and it was explained to me how this can be done in cooler weather. I am seeking restitution for the $ 3443 cost of the new unit. I feel Apple Inspections has been neglectful in the service they performed.
