My refrigerator was starting to act up. Of course Sat morning my suspicions were confirmed when things felt a bit warm. Called first thing when they opened at 8am. Bill said he would be able to be out between 10-11 am. Got here shortly after 10am. Diagnosed it as a malfunction defrost unit and defrost heater. Took about an hour total to replace as had to melt the ice that built up on the coils. Great service and said to call when it came time to replace an appliance as he could tell us which ones to avoid.

Had an issue with our washing machine and most repair places said it would be a week or more before they could get to us. Appliance Answer Man was able to get to us the next day. He diagnosed the problem in under 30 minutes, was out the next day with the part. Cost was reasonable and technician was great. Will definitely use them again!

Having problems with Kenmore Dryer - No Power! I called Appliance Answer Man and they came out and spent about about 1 1/2 hours troubleshooting, No luck and he got up and left stating cal D2 or Sears can't figure it out.. Great people and techs, but today they were not the answer! Hope they call backand prove me wrong.... stand by

bill has fixed my dryer, stove and refridge/freezer, he is always kind, on time, and realizes how dependant we are on our appliances. he is very honest, and a joy to have in your home...I would strongly recommend Bill to anyone!

It's the holidays - my oven in on the fritz!! I don't know who to call so I take a chance on the Yellow Pages...Appliance Answer Man was my answer! Bill is wonderful, professional, knowledgeable, and nice! He came out within hours of my phone call, looked at my oven and talked with me extensively about the problem and my options. I chose to have him repair my oven and he was back in 2 days with the part - took him about 30 minutes to fix it. He even gave me some advice on my refrigerator. I am more than satisfied with my experience with Bill - the Appliance Answer Man. I will be calling on him again in the future.
