Do not use this company, they are unprofessional, rude and did more damage than what the original issue. They were sent to my home by American Home Shield to fix our dryer that wasn't heating. This company has made 5 separate trips to our home to try and fix this issue and during one of the service visits their technician wired and installed the heating element and board incorrectly which has created more problems. They did send out another technician who stated the work was done incorrectly and documented it and then he ordered another part, which didn't work. Nevertheless, they were suppose to come out this morning and then stated it would be late morning or closer to noon. We have taken off work several times and when I brought this to their attention and reminded them that the technician was suppose to be here first thing in the morning, the receptionist said, "I'm done and hung up the phone in my face." Needless, to say our dryer still isn't repaired so American Homeshield was notified. The initial work order with this company was August 2014 and it is now Oct 2014 and our dryer is still not working correctly. Save your time and money and avoid this company at all cost.
