After a lightning strike knocked out almost all my mechanical equipment,TV, Freezer and Dryer I called this company to help with the freezer and my dryer. They set up appointment and then cancelled. A tech called and said they had personal problems, Then the next day the office called and said their van broke down. I agreed to wait for them because they were one of the few companies I called that handled Sub-Zero brand appliances. So my appointment was for 3 days after the first appointment, at between 3:00 and 5:00 pm. I work, so I had to take off early to meet this appointment. I confirmed this appointment at 10:00 that morning and added my dryer repair to the work order. The girl that answered the phone said this was fine they worked on Whirlpool appliances along with Sub- Zero Then we talked about the service fee. No Problem, I have an emergency and I need help now to get my life straight. Well 5:00 pm came and went. They never showed up or called. These people are the WORST and I really do not think they care. If the owner of this company reads this, you should be ashamed but Something tells me you wont be!
