Called to fix my fridge. He came out four times to try and fix it. The last time he came out the frezzer began to pump hot air and defrost everything. I called him back and told him the fridge was still not fixed. I told him I was buying a new fridge and would like to request a refund due to the frezzer not being fixed. Several days later he called back to say he would try to fix it so I could sell it on ebay. I told him this was not an acceptable option. He explained he has a no cash refund policy. I asked if he gave refunds when he did not fix the item. He offered to come out and try again as I was installing the new one. The installers overheard the conversation and said not to use him. I explained he was called out over a month ago to fix the fridge. During that month it was evident the fridge was not fixed. It cost about $450 for the repair that was never completed. Follow up was poor. He would not call to determine if his fix was working. He returned calls several days later.
