We were forced to us this company when we placed a claim through our home warranty otherwise we would have selected a different provider. It took several calls a day to get an answer and they never returned any calls for messages that were left. We had to call constantly for any updates or to get an appointment scheduled.



They misdiagnosed our problem and wanted to charge an outrageous price to replace the part that they say now needs to be changed (not covered by warranty). I was not confident enough to have them do anymore work for us.



They also requested multiple parts from the warranty company on the first call and then only replaced one part on the service call. I was with the technician the whole time and only one part was replaced and nothing was mentioned about the other parts.



I would recommend selecting another provider unless you are forced to use them like we were.



Hopefully this will prevent others from going through the hassle and frustration that we experienced.
