BAD EXPERIENCE

Had a stove to be repaired under warranty, a Capital Culinarian. I was told they would need to have 2 people come out to move the stove after I informed him it was heavy. After multiple calls that were sometimes answered based on the number I called and other times not returned. They agreed to come out maybe the day I called(no follow up call) or the next day(no follow up call) only if I was there to help move this stove I paid a really good amount of money for. I called the manufacturer (Capital) who set up another repair company. I am 10 days removed from I initial call and have yet to receive any resolution. Good luck in this industry.

Took forever to come out, once arrived came in my house with a printout of a model matching my 3 yr old washer(was a little nervous because that told me he was not quit sure about the new model). Made his diagnosis and left after taking my payment for his visit and diagnosis, I called the Co and was told that they will have the owner(who originally came the first time) contact me to make arrangements for him to come back out with my part. He never came or called me back and thankfully I was able to cancel the payment before he submitted it.
