I have been living Nascross, GA for almost 50 years now. I thought they did wonderful job in fixing my appliance in matter of mintues. The chareged me decent amount of money.

This probably is one oldest company of Nacross, Georgia for appliance repair. I thought were nice people. They reponpned pretty quickly.

After a month and a half, $500 later our oven is still broken. The technician won't call and come out even though the final part came in a week ago. Turns out he's at some school in Florida and the main office won't send somebody else out to fix my oven. So either they only have one technician or they are incredibly ill equipped and organized and very rude about it. I have cancelled their service even if it takes me another month with somebody else because I can't stand to support a company that does not care what their clients needs are especially during hard times like these.

CHARGE TOO MUCH FOR SERVICE CALL. CHANGE FEE'S. DID NOT FIX PROBLEM. MY MICROWAVE IS STILL

NOT FIX AFTER PAYING CLOSE TO 200.00. WHEN WE CALLED THEM BACK THEY WANTED TO CHARGE FOR LABOR AGAIN. SMART MOUTH SERVICE GUY! WE TOOK A MAJOR LOSS. THE MICROWAVE ONLY WORKED
