I had a great experience with this company, contrary to the experiences of several other reviewers. It was very simple to call for a ride, the representative who answered the phone was professional, friendly and courteous, and the prices extremely reasonable — cheaper than either Uber or Lyft, on the rare occasion either service comes as far north as Troy. I’m glad to have found this service, as I am legally blind and unable to drive, anymore.

30 dollars plus tax for a fifteen minute drive from Troy to West Milton. Really Uber come up north to Troy.

RUDE, RUDE DRIVERS. The driver refused to drive us from Troy to Dayton, we were stranded and desperately needed a ride. The driver was rude and told us he had better things to do and had other rides waiting. I'm sorry, isn't this his job? He then came back five minutes later (he clearly lied about the 4+ rides he had waiting) and said he was willing to drive us then. Unbelievable. I hope this lazy, inconsiderate service does not get another penny.

Only service in 40 mile radius of Sidney willing to drive my mother to the airport in snowy conditions at a reasonable rate. Polite and on time. Highly recommend and will use again.
