Our home warranty service sent this company out to repair our AC. My mother was at our house to let him in & requested the repairman call the HOME OWNER to get a description of the problem. The repairman refused. He should not be rude to a 75 year old lady & the home owner should be included in conversations regarding the repair. We do NOT recommend using this company for repairs...

I called at 5:00am not expecting anyone to answer the phone. Actually spoke to a live person whom had a technician to our home that morning :) Thank you so much for the excellent service :) HIGHLY recommend you!!!

Our air conditioning system broke down and we contacted this company. The lady dispatcher by the name of Diana (last name unknown) told us she would send somebody between 3 and 5PM the next day. I asked if we had to be home, her response was that no, as long as you leave the door open and leave the check for the technician.The next day and after 5PM she called and asked her technician was upset because nobody was home so he left and took the check ???? with him. The lady was actually trying to blame us for her mistake. Amazing?

My old air conditioner wasn't cooling very well. My electric bill seemed outrageous. Arizona arctic air installed a new unit for me at a cheap rate in comparison to other companies. I will recommend their effecient services to anyone.

My retired mother lives with me and when I arrived home from work at 6 my home was incredibly hot and my poor mother was overheated with the weather lately. I tried a few companies and received no response. When I dialed Arizona Artic Air I heard a friendly voice on the other end of the phone who could schedule me an appointment for first thing the next morning. I had a tech at my home the next morning and my mom was cool and happy.

With the weather heating up this season so rapidly I wanted to have my air conditioner tested. I contacted Arctic Air late in the day on Thursday and I was able to get an appointment suitable to my busy schedule before work on Friday. The service man was efficient and friendly. I was very pleased with the service and the incredibly reasonable rates. I would highly entrust and reccomend this company to my friends and family. I was very impressed!

I called Arizona Arctic Air on a Friday morning before the Holiday and received promt service that day. Their technician was friendly, and explained my problem in words I could understand. He was in and out, and my air was working wonderfully. I have not had a problem since. In talking to my neighbors I have found I got a smokin' deal on my service.
