Everything about the service was amazing, the work was done efficiently, and quickly (but certainly not rushed) and I was amazed at the amount of speciality tools (camera's, brushes, digital meters, etc) and equipment used to clean the fireplace, it's apparently come a long way since the Mary Poppins days.

I was extremely happy with the cleaning and inspection of the fireplace. Michael told me however that the dryer vent did NOT need to be cleaned, and spent several minutes showing me live video footage of the inside of the dryer vent, as well as the actual readouts of the airflow from the dryer-vent outside. He was able to attribute my long dry times to a faulty installation and repaired the issue in under 15 minutes and didn't charge me a penny.

Michael spent almost 2 hours at my residence, about 20 minutes of which was politely and knowledgeably answering the plethora of questions I had for him, and my entire bill was only $95 (with the $20 coupon I had printed from the website). I am writing this review (in part) as an effort to thank him for such a wonderful job. Again, I strongly recommend this company, and am confident you will be as happy with your service as I was with mine. Happy Holidays Everyone.

I just had this company clean my air-ducts, dryer vent and chimney. I was super impressed with the service. Very friendly, and informative... and great attention to detail. They even took before and after pictures for me so i could show my husband. The crew all had on cloth covers for their shoes, and put clean blankets down in all areas they were working, they were very clean, but even did a walk through with me at the end to make sure i was happy with everything. Very good company from start to finish... use this company, you wont be disappointed.
