I had a great experience with Arizona Iceman for an event we scheduled with them. Prompt delivery and great service. They delivered 2 ice sculptures and blew in snow for our event. So fun to have snow in Arizona.

I had a snow party our holiday event in December, in which we ordered the snow slide along with a couple of sculptures, their staff was very courteous and friendly, they came out blew the snow around the sculptures giving us that real Christmas feel in the desert they asked multiple times before departing if everything was to our satisfaction, in which we couldn't have asked for a better experience

Very disappointed with their service. I had booked them 2 months prior for a snow event and confirmed 3 days before. On the day of the event, I received a call asking if they could come early. I explained we had already planned the event, sent out press releases, and were expecting the media. I said that I needed them to come on the agreed time and he said "okay." I called again to confirm later that morning.

At the time of the event, he arrived one hour late. I called multiple times but was put off. It was disappointing and embarrassing for me as the event planner. It was not respectful of anyone's time.

Later he said that he explained to me that he would be late, but that was not true. If I had known that he would be 1 hour late, I would have adjusted, but it was extremely frustrating to have a "Snow Day" prepared without any snow.
