Arnett LIES and BULLIES

This is the worst company I have dealt with in my life. They promised to keep everything in the yard in working order. They replaced the drain system in 1.5 days. They buried the waste that was the old system without asking the owner's permission. They were 4 pallets of sod short so most of the area was left as sand with hay on top. They said that the irrigation was working on all zones. NOT ONE was working. It cost 1600 dollars to fix the problems they left us with. They also discarded the used pallets on the neighbors property. The company is a disgrace and then bullied to get his money ASAP. Huge mistake to pay him but the pressure they use is intense. STAY AWAY FROM ARNETT SEPTIC. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT THEIVES THAT VANISH WITHOUT ANY CALL BACK OR EMAILS. NEVER, NEVER TRUST THEM.

I am an old lady who has little money left until I die. Arnett came to my house and left me with 2000 dollars in repair and debt. He said I was all set but later, after paying him, I had over 2000 dollars in repairs for my lawn, irrigation and faulty drain field.

Arnett Septic Company, Will Arnett, are liars and thieves and will bully their customers. They are incompetent with their work and they will destroy your yard claiming that is what happens when you put in a drain field. They also buried the waste material on the property without permission. Every short cut available, they took it. They also destroyed our entire irrigation system, drove huge trucks on the lawn creating enormous ruts and did not sod the area where they promised to do so after constuction. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! It is going to cost us 1000 dollars in repairs and plan to file in small claims court.

Had a great experience with them today, not sure why they have other bad reviews. I needed my septic tank pumped out. Called them on a Friday afterhours and they came out on Saturday early in the morning. They were the best price I could find, and were very nice and answered all my questions. No extra fee for weekend service.

DON"T CALL THESE GUYS!!! My daughter's lift pump burned out and the septic tank had to be pumped out. She called Arnett since they were local. The driver was a good young man just doing what he was told to do, but the company approach is to stick it to you. The price for replacing the pump was $1000!!! Yes, $1000! I asked if i could see the pump and if they would sell me the pump so I could put it in. The pump was $750! After inspecting the pump, i determined that it was probably rebuilt based on the corrosion on the housing. I told them that was too expensive. I then went to the local hardware and bought a new pump for about $300. It took about 30 minutes to install the new pump. The driver was obviously just doing what he was told to do, so I didn't lecture him about ripping people off because they needed help with their septic problem.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, they are looking to take advantage of you when you're in a jam!!!

DO NOT USE ARNETT SEPTIC. I do not recommend using Arnett Septic if you wish for your work to be complete (or even started) within a timely manner. It took them a month to just obtain a permit, and that was with me having to call the office EVERY day. Each time I called the office, I was told that she would have to talk to the man and call me back. This did not happen - they do not call back. When I was finally able to get them to prepare the permit, I was told that the work would be started the next week. It was not started and I was told that the person (whom answered the office phone) was not their employee and could not schedule them. I originally went with Arnett because they were the cheapest VERBAL quote. It took 6 phone calls over a week’s period to receive the written estimate and the price went up over $1000 from the verbal quote to the written quote. I decided to NOT let them do my work due to the unprofessionalism and UNRELIABILITY. When I called to let them know t
