I have had problem after problem with this company. I failed my first inspection and it wasn't for one little thing but for 7 separate issues. They had there tech come out and as he was leaving he said everything is taken care of except one item. The inspector is incorrect and we will fight with the city to get this corrected to get you cleared. Well that didn't happen they had to come back out to the house to get it taken care of like the city required the first time. And then the inspector came back out well everything was taken care of except the #1 item. An electrical permit which was on my original list that I handed the tech when he was out at my house the first time. So the company pulled the permit but they said it would take 5 days to get it back from the city. Well after 5 business days I call them back and guess what the company has more and more excuses. The city's website for permits has been down for the last week so they said it would take another 5 days can you believe the type of service the company provides. I would never recommend them to anyone. EVER!!! I thought that since I found them inside Home Depot that they would be a good company to work with but NOPE!!!
