they are the best by far. i have them do all my plumbing since i purchased my home. i just had them install a new air conditioner and the price was great. today i had Ray come in to take care of my irragation system. as all their employees he is extremlly curtious and profesional. i highly recommend them.

I posted a detail review before on Yellow Pages, but it is no longer there? They are a large company, and probably do most things right; however, when they do make a mistake, they are arrogant in attitude. The customer is wrong!!!

I could not believe they were so arrogant about their mistake. I paid $1,800 to have all the sewer lines in my older house cleaned out. They were not the cheapest, however, I was told they were so clean, they even wear shoe booties when they come into your house. I was appalled when sewage starting spewing from the kitchen sink all over the kitchen. It even hit the ceiling. I ran out to tell them about the problem, and although I was quite upset, I did not yell. To my surprise they sent in one of the junior plumbers to clean up. The same guy that was standing in raw sewage just 2 minutes ago, and guess what he wasn’t wearing….his shoe booties. We cleaned up the kitchen ourselves. The job was finished and then we discovered the same problem had occurred in the bathrooms, just not as bad. That is when I decided to call the company and demanded a supervisor come to see the problem. The person who visited the house was far from empathetic to the problem. He seemed to be upset that we had called him out to clean up the problem, but we had already cleaned it up. Like we were wasting his time. I was told he was an owner of the company. He told me the supervisor on the job told him that I, the homeowner, would not let him into the house to secure all the fixtures. That is not true, and even if it was, he should have had enough sense to tell me that he was not going to do the job if the fixtures were not properly covered.



We all make mistakes, and this was a big one, but what really bothered me was the arrogance of the company (Coral Springs office) when we tried to point out to the owner how bad the job was done. This was not about money, we paid the $1,800 at the end of the job as agreed, and never demanded any refund. This was about treating the customer right, and they failed!

they were prompt and accomodating to my schedule...but i didnt like their set prices for the various plumbing services offered. seemed a bit un the hi side.
