It is our goal to provide unique and artisan wood for small to large scale art projects, as well as construction projects where finer materials are desired.  We have a large supply of 1/4" to 3/8" thick bookmatched maple, cherry, walnut, oak, and poplar with characteristics including curly, spalted, birdseye, quarter sawn, and unique character pieces.  We also offer a 20 lbs box of basswood for carving that includes a variety of sizes. Many of our bookmatched pieces would make excellent stand-alone art for the connoisseur.  They would also be able to be used to replace the center portions of kitchen cabinet doors where the look on each door would be unique. We also have small lots of hardwood for the arts and crafts crowd to be used for scroll sawing, painting, and cutting out of figures. In addition we carry thick turning stock in cherry and oak for those doing lathe turning.
