I am just at the start of my experiment of getting an upper denture and a partial lower denture, but so far everything is wonderful, have only had new patient exam and x-rays, and one periodontal treatment. 🙏 praying they are an answer to my prayers...

The dentists, hygienists, and technicians were wonderful but, billing was the worst. Billing wouldn't listen to my discrepancy in my bill. She got very condensing and acted like I can't understand billing. Everyone has told me to stop going to Aspen Dental because they over charge. This time I'm going to listen.

Worst experience I have ever had, talked me right in to finance implants, and dentures. Dentures were the cheapest set of denture I have ever seen, I have seen a lot of them, in my 63 years 30 of which has been spent in dentures. These people were the most uncaring and helpful place I ever went. I ended up leaving my dentures there and still having the rods for the implant rods sticking up. I was told they did not care what I did with the implants that was up to me...but they would reimburse me for dentures I am guessing will be 600.00 out of the $8900.00 that they had us finance...and is nearly paid in full. Honestly the Idaho Falls Aspen dental is the very WORST Place I have ever dealt with for dental care... I was in tears for hours when I left there. It was Ridiculous.

On Tuesday, I had an appointment to extract all of my 13 teeth.
April, and Dr. Casey, in the Arden,nc,office are a GREAT team.
Both are soooo professional, and TRULY CARE, about their patients.
Both, have EXCELLENT, P.R.
They BOTH take time to ask if your ok, and make u feel so calm, and Dr. Casey assured me, we'd come up with SOME KIND OF FINANCIAL PAYMENT.
This Dr. Casey, and APRIL, are AWESOME, so professional, and the best dentist AND HYGENIST,I have EVER had.

Went in to have tooth removed. Staff was pretty friendly. When came time for the dentist she was very unprofessional her bed side manner very poor. If you have a nervous problem about seeing a dentist as I this is not the place for you. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

I am upper 40's who never took care of my mouth had a partial for 4 years now and recently had some pain and needed one more tooth pulled , problem was that this tooth held the lower in place and with it going the partial had basically become unwearable. Sadly only options was removal of what was left and go with a full upper and lower denture. Had the tooth pulled due to pain and had for sit down with Heather and Dr Victoria going over options for what we could do. they had four different options of dentures and explained to me that it would be six months before the implants could be installed to hold dentures in place . bargain hunters need to apply and really who would when it comes to your pain and comfort I went with the best set of dentures and looking at at least 4 implants . give or talk over 10 grand and comes with solid warranty and all the visits i need. Last Tuesday was the big day after three visits to set everything up. Dr V and her staff were amazing many shots and i left with a new beginning have been back twice already for touch ups and follow up adjustments . planning on going back once a week for the next five weeks as we prepare for the final step when my jaw bone is ready for implant , i give Dr V , her daughter Olga ,Office Mgr Heather and Customer service rep Megan who have always answered my questions with a smile. a top star rating BOTTOM LINE YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR

Have to say my first impression means it all and I knew what i was walking into. Did my Homework out here in this part of town, I was sold on Dr V and Aspen warrant don't care about other people's complaints I know what i bought and i Know what I expect but the low price is rectally that low price Top of the line is different , plus paid by AMEX so have there backup too . But i have had no issues other than the pain but I knew that was coming and been there

this place has top lab gut for over 10 years right there working on my mouth along with Doc, again you get what u pay for and always by buy the best and always with warranties

Keep having bad experiences with them. Even though the people are nice during the time of your appointment, they put other serious matters on hold sometimes. And sometimes don't get back to you, that includes if you call their emergency services line to have a dentist call you. Their emergency services line sucks. When calling the corporate office to complain you are directed to patient services, but patient services people are only there a few SHORT hours of the day. These Aspen Dental websites only post the good reviews on their sites. But there are bad reviews on them all across the internet. The only way you are put first and treated like somebody is during an appointment. At all other times, your situation is put on hold or not even answered at all. And don't expect to eat anything, including something as simple as pudding, when first getting your immediate dentures. I am so swollen up that no matter how they adjust them, I can't eat anything with them in and they sit crooked. I have been expected to continue to deal with that until some of the swelling goes down so they can adjust it better, but in the meantime I have to eat. So the dentures are out of my mouth most of the time so I can talk better and eat, even if I still have to eat soft food, at least I can eat it. Even with them dentures in I couldn't even do that. Don't rely on these people for your care. But I am sure if you made a few hundred thousand dollars a year that they probably would put you first.

And if you have major work done to you, such as pulling half your teeth out, make sure you ask for someone with a few years of experience in doing it as the guy who did mine looked really young and needed the more experienced dentist to come and help him extract some of the harder teeth he had a harder time with.

I went in to have a cracked tooth in my dentures repaired but they said they could repair my denture with out xraying my mouth. The denture is removable they would not be in my mouth. Exposure to xray is something we should not be subjected to unnecessarily and an added expense. Needless to say I left with out service.

My opinion: Terrible, terrible place to go for tooth care. These people advertise their expertise at providing dentures - -and - after a couple of visits there I see why. I had two small cavities filled (one top, one bottom) and BOTH were messed up. One abscessed, the other still hurts after several weeks. My advise? If you intend on keeping your teeth, go elsewhere.

I went to the Aspen Dental in College Station, Texas. What a joke! I was charged $3000 on my first visit, which did not include receiving the dentures. I did receive "temporary" botton (partial) dentures, and went back to finish the job, when I was told it would cost me another $2000 to complete the work, and allow me to receive top and flex bottom partial dentures, and Fortiva was stupid enough to pay them again, after all the issues we had the first round.
Now Aspen is allowing me (per conversation with one of their employees) to return the dentures for a full refund of the second trip. What about the first trip, where I had already paid for the dentures and never received them? How about that?
Now Fortiva will get their $2000 back, according to Aspen, but will I get anything from the dentures that cost me $2000 the first time? Dentures I have never received? Maybe we should all get together and do a CLASS ACTION SUIT????

This review is based completely off my most recent visit.. Last time I was at aspen dental I was getting a cavity filled, which is generally a very easy and un-painful process. However the female dentist that was preforming the fix didn't not seem to know what she was doing and I was also informed that her assistant hadn't had any prior experience. I then spent the next 45mins or so constantly being rammed into by both the dentist and her assistants chairs as they maneuvered around the room. Then, while drilling, the dentist accidently hit the button activating the lift on my chair which caused her to slip with the drill and she cut my gums. Lastly the assistant repeat-ably sucked my tongue and the inner parts of my mouth up with the suction tool, which was extremely uncomfortable.

So far the rest of the staff and everyone at aspen dental have been extremely professional and have done perfect jobs; and I do truly believe that I was just extremely unfortunate with my luck that day.

I read some bad reviews about this place and like an idiot I made the appt. anyway. I went to their Carrollton location and it was horrible. Very unprofessional from the receptionist right up to the so called dentist. You have a choice, listen to the people who have had bad experiences or be one of the people who will have a bad experience.

I tried to schedule an emergency appt. For a painful broken tooth and was put on hold only to have reception come back on the phone with the next available appt a week away. This person lacked any compassion or empathy when speaking to a client in pain and constantly tried to sell me services aspen offers. Seems aspen has only their business interests in mind not a patients. Glad I didn't schedule with these jerks.

I haven't been there yet. I'm trying to make an appointment at the Lawrenceburg Tennessee site. My husband went there a couple years ago and had a good experience. I am going to do the same. I am, however, having a hard time finding a phone number to the office in Lawrenceburg TN.
