DO NOT TRUST

Overcharged, then agreed to a partial refund and never did. We had a hydrant leak on 07.03.09. We excavated an eight foot hole and had Associated Well Drillers, Inc. (Matthew Schultz) come out and help us fix the problem. He came out and discussed the problem with me and then spliced on an 8 ft piece of copper pipe and three fittings to an existing pipe. The problem came in the bill of $636.00! Most of the bill was a charge of $400 for a supposed 2.5 hrs labor for a two man crew. (His son who sat in the truck) There was also $105 for a service call, $116 for the pipe and fittings and another $15 for misc supplies. I had company over at the time and was very busy and Matthew decided to take advantage of the situation. I called him afterward to discuss the outrageous pricing and he agreed to issue me a partial refund if I wrote him a letter detailing that I would not report him to the BBB or the attorney General. I wrote him a letter but he never issued the promised refund.
