Had to leave 1 star couldn't do zero stars I broke down on the turnpike they accepted the tow job n stated would be there in 45 minutes no show after that stated they were running late after 2 + hours and several fails attempts to contact then they cancelled the job stating the destination was out of their area and the had all the info from the start don't waste time with this company

Assurance Collision and Towing towed my car after I had debris from the turnpike fly into my grill and impaled my radiator. They offered to complete the work after towing my car on a Sunday to their shop. IT IS NOW DECEMBER 5TH AND THEY STILL HAVE MY CAR. THEY KEEP BLAMING PROGRESSIVE BUT I HAVE TALKED TO A SUPERVISOR AT PROGRESSIVE AND THEY APPROVED ALL REPAIRS ON NOVEMBER 8TH. PROGRESSIVE STATED THAT ASSURANCE COLLISION HAS HAD ANOTHER CAR FROM PROGRESSIVE FOR OVER 2 MONTHS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU DO NOT NEED YOUR CAR FOR A FEW MONTHS. THEY ARE RUDE ON THE PHONE AND DO NOT CARE IF THEY HELP YOU OR NOT!
