I got my work done in Februrary '09, I had a leaky roof, and they supposedly came out to fix roof, but then about Sept. or Oct. I called them to tell them I thought I had a leak in my window and he said he was out of town , He said I am out of town but I will be back in town for Thanksgiving, and I never heard from him after I tried to reach him, and on Christmas day I woke up approx. 4am to find my roof leaking and I tried to call him the day after christmas and a couple days after that, but I have not not received and calls back or anything, I have left messages, and numeric pages and no contact back on his part, I was told that all labor came with a 1 year warranty (it was even hand written by him) and I just recently tried to leave a voicemail and i was told that voicemail was invalid....SO BE VERY CAREFUL USING THESE PEOPLE!!!!USE @ YOUR OWN RISK...BE PREPARED TO THROW MONEY AWAY IF YOUR HOME IMPROVEMENTS AREN'T DONE RIGHT!!!!!!! I WILL BE TELLING OTHER PEOPLE NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY!!!!NEWS AND WORDS SPREAD AROUND!!! AND I WILL BE CONTACTING CERTAIN PEOPLE TO GET THE WORD OUT NOT TO USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!AND THE PHONE NUMBER LISTED ISN'T EVEN THE RIGHT ONE...I CALLED IT AND GOT A RESIDENCE, I ASKED IF THIS WAS AUGUSTA HOME IMPROVEMENTS, AND THE LADYSAID "YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER" THERE IS ANOTHER NUMBER IN THE PHONE BOOK, WHICH IS THE ONE I LEFT THE NUMERIC PAGES AND 1OR 2 VOICEMAILS BEFORE I WAS TOLD IT WAS INVALID!!!!!
