Austin Premium Limousine gets 5 stars from me for their exemplary service on a busy high school prom night in May.



Making arrangements was easy via phone, email and website. They noted our special requests and offered options for stocking the limo with soft drinks, water, etc. Our reservation was promptly confirmed by email, and it was easy to finalize itinerary details by phone and email before the event.



On prom night, the limo arrived on time. It was a standard stretch, sparkling clean inside and out. The kids said seating was very comfortable for all ten. The best feature was the driver--he was well-dressed, very courteous and treated the high school kids with respect. He knew his way around town--everything went smoothly. They stayed in touch with him by text message. All in all, the driver was great!



Pricing was fair, and I liked how gratuity was handled up front and could be prepaid on the card.



All in all, we were very pleased with this limo service!

not only the driver was late. He was not friendly and the car smelled bad. the driver said that the company don't give them their tips!!! even if they charge gratuity on their fairs. I won't recommend this limo service to anyone.

We needed multiple vans to transport our guests, two sedans and a stretch limousine. Karim at Austin Premium Limousine handled everything for me and at a great price! I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks!!
