I work construction . Last year i moved to Sulphur to work for 11 months. I heard great things about this place so i went to try it out. Loved it. Great beds, nice people. I was transferred out of state to work on another project. I went for my last tan and explained to the young lady there that i wouldn't be back so i needed to cancel. She stated they would take care of this. I just noticed yesterday they have been holding 70.00 out of my account for 4 months i wasn't even there. I called and the lady told me she would call the manager that maybe she could cancel this. She called me back promptly to let me know they would email me a cancellation but i would still be charged again next month because it is after the 26th. Really so i get charged almost 400.00 for services i never even used?? Surely something different could be done. She also assured me that they recently hired a whole new staff, this tells you something was wrong before. Sorry to say even if i go back to work there i will NOT be tanning here.

I have been tanning here since my high school days, I've tanned one other place and came back . This place is reliable and has a great atmosphere I always feel comfortable there and it's always so clean!! The staff is always helpful , I'll never be able to tan anywhere else in sulphur .

The staff is so rude. I signed up for month after siging up I came back for my 2nd tan and the manager said I could only go for so long.. I am half hispanic so I tan very easily. I was okay with that she said I had to build up my tan it was the law!



Well after 3 weeks tanning there I leave the tanning place and the manager tells me that she spoken to me already 2 times about this and I was ignoring her and she made note in the system that I need to purchase their tanning lotion and can not come back unless I do so.



She was so rude she said they will revoke my membership I told them go ahead and do it. She bold faced lied and wanted me to buy her products. I kept telling her that I only spoken to her one time and it was about the length of the tanning session and not about using her products.





This place will not be in business long their customer services is horrible. Even the employees are so unhappy there. there was one nice girl that said it's bad place to work and they have alot of BS and rules but they take it out on the customers.

love this place.great beds,i have an awesome tan.it is my place to go and relax for 15 min. everyday to just unwind and be by myself.nice atmosphere, friendly staff
