I called these guys a couple weeks ago when my car died. I had asked around and was told by many people that my fuel pump had gone out. Mike from Auto Docs was very nice when i called him and he asked me about my car like what engine i had and even told me how to find out ( since i had no idea). He then called a parts store and had to order my fuel pump because it isnt one that most stores keep in stock. Now he did all this and didnt even ask for a deposit or anything which i thought was great. He told me it would be in the very next morning so we scheduled the appointment for 10am. So the next day Mike showed up and was alot more than i expected. He had a vehicle with all the tools he needed and even had a professional shirt on with patches for his name and company. So before he started working on the vehicle I had to sign the workorder which was filled out with all types of information including the prices for the parts and labor and even warranty length. It was just like i was at a dealership. So i signed the paper and he got started. He said he wanted to check something first before he started to do the fuel pump. He got under the hood and tested a few things and found out that my fuel pump was working fine. He told me that it was actually a crank sensor that was causing my problem. It turns out the sensor was only $20 and Mike charged me $25 to put it in. So instead of paying hundreds of dollars to fix my car it only cost me $45. Of coarse i paid him more than that which he was very grateful for. I asked him if he would have trouble returning the fuel pump and he said it was not a problem at all. Now my car runs great and i have a new mechanic for life. If you have a problem with your car there is no one that is nicer and more honest than Mike from Auto Docs.
